Front desk agent was very welcoming and friendly. She was quick to help out with advice on restaurants and all our accommodations. She is definitely a great asset to the hotel.

I enjoyed the upgrade but I don't think I should have had to pay for the upgrade, I requested a first floor room due to the facility not having or not a working elevator

They were doing renovations, which are needed, but the staff and accommodations were fine.
