Front desk agent was very welcoming and friendly. She was quick to help out with advice on restaurants and all our accommodations. She is definitely a great asset to the hotel.

The check in was real fast the guy at the front desk was really nice the room was nice the shower was nice and they definitely had breakfast

I enjoyed the upgrade but I don't think I should have had to pay for the upgrade, I requested a first floor room due to the facility not having or not a working elevator
